Finished playing? Collect your winning gaming ticket from a COAM.
2 | REDEEM AT THE REDEMPTION TERMINAL
Insert one or multiple tickets into the redemption terminal and follow the prompts on the screen.
3 | RECEIVE YOUR CARD
Redeem at least $8 in winning tickets to receive a Skill Pay Card, which includes the $3 card activation fee.

SET YOUR PIN. Your first PIN is up to you! Enter any 4-digit PIN the first time you use your card at an ATM or make a PIN-based purchase. That becomes your PIN for future use.

What are the fees associated with using the Skill Pay Card?
The following card-program fees may apply when you use your Skill Pay Card.
Is there an activation fee for the Skill Pay Card?
Yes. There is a $3 activation fee charged per Skill Pay Card.
Can I load more winnings onto my Skill Pay Card later?
No. Skill Pay Cards are single-load cards and cannot be reloaded.
Can I combine multiple gaming tickets to redeem a card?
Yes! Insert one or more tickets totaling at least $8 to redeem your Skill Pay Card.
How much can I put on a Skill Pay Card?
Skill Pay Cards can be loaded with winnings from $5 up to $1,000, plus the applicable activation fee.
Where can I use my Skill Pay Card?
Use your card anywhere Mastercard is accepted in the U.S. or get access to your winnings at an ATM.
Can I get funds from my card?
Yes! Use your Skill Pay Card at an ATM to access your funds. ATM fees may apply. ATM withdrawals are limited to $600 per transaction.
Can I get cash back when I shop?
Yes. Cashback with purchase is available at participating retailers with no fees.
Do the funds on my card expire?
No. Your funds don’t expire. If your physical card expires while funds remain, contact Cardholder Services for a replacement.
What if I need to reset my PIN?
Visit MyDisbursementCard.com or call Cardholder Services at 1-844-833-8895 to reset your PIN.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Call Cardholder Services at 1-844-833-8895 right away. It’s a good idea to keep a secure photo or record of your card information in case you need it.
